Key Stage 4
As Key Stage 4 Leader I have an overview of the academic progress and personal welfare of all students in Years 10 and 11. I discuss every student with their form tutor and work with the team to ensure that their programme of study is the right one for them. We aim to help students to recognise their strengths, focus on what they want to achieve and develop the necessary skills so that they perform well at GCSE and make good choices post 16. We work to instill the importance of courtesy and mutual respect together with a growing awareness of the role they can play in our school community and in their adult lives.
